Event time/location shouldn't be considered "byline" info in folder_listing

Description

folder_listing, used in folders and smart folders, will show special data for events (location and start/end dates), but only if you are logged in or have checked allowAnonymousViewAbout in site_properties. This makes no sense -- location/time is not byline information in any sense. allowAnonymousViewAbout is to prevent (possibly irrelevant or sensitive) object creator and modification time from showing throughout the site.

(In [10206]) Event time and location aren't considered byline information in folder_listing anymore and thus visible if allowAnonymousViewAbout is disabled. This closes #5573.
