Content creation time is incorrect

Description

I have installed Plone 2.5.2 (Windows). When I create/modify any kind of content, the time displayed is exactly -8 hours from my local time. Zope instance knows that my local time is is Pacific Standard Time/GMT -8 (Verified by checking debug info), but Plone marks everything as GMT -16.

It seems to be a display problem. As attachment shows, history has correct time.

This is most likely due to a bug in Zope 2.9.6. The workaround for now is to use Zope 2.9.5. Ones there is a new Zope 2.9 release the bug will hopefully be fixed.
