Using Comma in the title sets a not so friendly ID

if you use a comma in the title when creating a new Item the characters equivalent to the comma are added to the ID, making it not so readable for humas.

For example:

Add a page with the title Doe, Joe

the ID will be set as doe%2C-joe

(In [14968]) Remove more punctuation characters as for example using a comma in the title results in a not so friendly ID. This closes #6585.
