Content types not translated in configuration panels

Description

In the navigation control panel, the content types names are translated, when these are not in some others. This is somehow confusing to a site manager.

  • @@markup-controlpanel (wiki tab)
  • @@search-controlpanel
  • content rule conditions on content types

In addition, having the content type icons beside the content type names as in the placeful workflow content panel would be more sexy...
