"edit without kupu" does not appear on edit form

Description

This option only appears on the add form, no longer on the edit form. I often decide to switch to another markup style later on, which is no longer possible without hand-editing the URL now.

Fixed in subversion.

I've made the 'edit without visual editor' link appear as now when the document is new, or when editing an existing document in HTML view: that way as now the link isn't always there and you have to look at what you are going to get if you press it before you can press it.
