I'm sure there is more to update than what is listed here. Work on this during tune up.

http://plone.org/about/team/DocumentationTeam Figure out how to edit this link and then update it to show only editorial team.

The  http://plone.org/about/team/DocumentationTeam page is directly generated based on group membership in the DocumentationTeam group. I have just removed a couple of people that certainly aren't active in the team anymore.

If you don't have anyone who can edit the group membership, sent me a list of the people you want to show on the page (hannosch at plone dot org) and I will update it for you.

Replying to jluvsu2:

doc team area is gone:  http://plone.org/development/teams/documentation/index_html

need that back before I can completely finish this ticket.

Who could work on bringing it back? And why was it removed?

From email to Hanno:

Can you have these people show in that list:  http://plone.org/documentation/how-to/documentation-team-editors

These are just the doc team editors. We may want to add some of our main contributors later on but really, I'd like to change it so it says something like "Documentation Team Editors" instead of Documentation Team. Doc team people come and go as they please but our editors have made a commitment to contribute on a regular basis so I would rather we feature them here.

  • Status changed from new to closed
  • Resolution set to worksforme

I've set up  http://plone.org/team/DocumentationTeamEditors now in addition to the DocumentationTeam.

It only shows the editors listed at the url. In the same way we feature pretty much everyone in the "development team" I think it is nice to feature more people in the documentation team, even tough they are not active regularly.

I'll close this as worksforme, but please feel free to disagree ;)
