Kupu translation msgids containing html

Hi. This week I was updating the Dutch kupu translations with Jeroen Vloothuis. We noticed that there are a few msgids in the kupu translation files that contain html. A few simply have 'em' or 'code' tags, which can be acceptible. But a few have inputs or tal:condition statements. Those should not end up in po files. I will attach a patch for kupu 1.4 that would fix the biggest offenders. Can that go into the codespeak repo?

A related problem is in plone/libraries.pt. That template contains some strings that have msgids but should not be translated. These are the strings like 'object' and 'folder-url' at the bottom of the kupu_library_tool/zmi_libraries page. I will attach the diff for the kupu 1.4 branch.
