Add/Remove Products sorts in UNIX fashion instead of alphabetically

Per Hanno's request…

prefs_install_products_form lists things with uppercase first, then lowercase. It should be case-insensitive.

(In [20712]) Updated add-on installation screen to sort by title instead of id. Together with a change in CMFQI this closes #8012.

#10063 is 'make sort case insensitive at /prefs_install_products_form.
