Release an example.formlib product for the Writing Forms With Formlib tutorial

 Writing forms with zope.formlib needs an example product.

We have to think of a good name to not collide with the existing ploneexample.formlib.

I've created the example.formlib product into the collective and placed almost all the code of the tutorial inside of it.
